Background

Traditional real estate portals in Spain are opaque, agent-dominated, and riddled with hidden costs. LetsWorkFair was built to replace that model with a fair, transparent marketplace where buyers and sellers deal directly. The platform features AI natural-language property search, a FairScore trust system (0–100 across 6 categories), mandatory document verification, and a structured deal flow from offer to notary completion — all without a single estate agent.

Challenges

Building a trust layer from scratch required implementing a dynamic FairScore system that updates when documents, media, or pricing change. The AI-assisted listing wizard needed to validate legal documents (Title Deed, Nota Simple, EPC, IBI) and provide smart copy suggestions. We also built agentless valuation guidance with confidence scoring, secure transaction tracking with payment release on completion, and an automatic after-sales guidance pack generated as a branded PDF.

Outcome

LetsWorkFair launched as a fully responsive web app built on Lovable + Supabase with comprehensive features including AI natural-language search, Certified-Fair listings, direct buyer–seller messaging, structured deal flow, and automatic after-sales packs. The platform ensures fair exposure with no paid boosts or pay-to-rank, setting a new standard for transparent real estate transactions in the Canary Islands.
